Can we bring Food and/or Drinks?

We do not allow any outside food or drinks in the facility. We do make exceptions for individual dietary needs and cakes to celebrate special occasions.

What's the minimum amount of people for WhirlyBall?

WhirlyBall is best played with 10 in a 5 against 5 match up. There will be times that eight people can play but anything less than that is not as enjoyable.

How old do you need to be for WhirlyBall, Laser Sport and Bowling?

The minimum age for our attractions is 9 years old for Whirlyball, 7 years old for Laser Sport, and 5 years old for bowling.

Do you accept "walk-in" guests?

We do not accommodate walk-in parties. Every activity is booked in advance and usually works best with groups of 10 or more. (You can play with 6 or 8, but that is up to you) You need to call us at 216-591-0707 to see what days and times are available.

What time should we arrive for our event?

We ask that you arrive 30 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event to help ensure that you start on time. We will show a short video and make sure everyone has a signed waiver prior to starting.

What is the cancellation policy?

We strive to ensure that all aspects of your event exceed your expectations. We ask that once you have decided on your activities, food, date and a time for your event, we will hold your credit card number to ensure that we have your event booked. Since we are a reservation only facility, once you have booked your event and want to cancel, we will do our very best to re-book your previous spot. If we are unable to do so, we will process a 50% reservation cancellation fee.
