BEFORE YOU BOOK
All of our attractions work best with group sizes of 6 or more. Please see our individual attraction pages for more information. Some of our attractions do have guest count minimums. We can happily accommodate groups of up to 250 and are happy to help you plan your event based on projected group size.

WHAT ABOUT FOOD AND BEVERAGE?
We do not allow outside food or beverage to be brough into our facility. Exceptions can be made for certain dietary restrictions or allergies. We do not have a kitchen on site, but we do offer a variety of catering options that can be viewed on our menu. If you do perfer to use an outside caterer - please call to discuss the outside catering fee.
The only exception to this rule is Birthday Treats.
We offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at our bar, including a wide selection of local and regional craft beers.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK IN’S?
WhirlyBall is a unique facility in that all bookings are done in advance. We ask that you give us at least 1-2 days notice prior to your desired date. There may be occasions where we can accept last minute bookings, but please note that may not always be the case. Call us at 216-591-0707 to discuss options. Please note courts are only officially booked when a credit card is provided to reserve the date/time
WHO CAN PLAY?
Each attraction has age requirements. We ask that guests be
9 and older for WhirlyBall
7 and up for Laser Tag
5 and up for bowling.
Anyone of any athletic ability is able to enjoy WhirlyBall! Because it is played in bumper cars, it is very inclusive and accessible. Not to mention the rules are very simple and quick to learn!
WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?
We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes before your booking time to get settled in. We will show you a video going over the rules and have waivers that need to be filled out prior to you being able to start your court time.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
We are bummed you can’t make it! Should you cancel your booked event and we are unable to rebook that time with another party, you will be charged half the cost of the event. If we are able to rebook with a different party, we will not charge your card.
