AT OUR FACILITY WE ARE NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND ARE A CLOSED ENVIRONMENT, ALL HAS BEEN AND IS DONE BY RESERVATION ONLY.
Groups are given a separate party area at the beginning of each reservation. Our team at WhirlyBall Cleveland is dedicated to providing a healthy and safe atmosphere for our guests and staff. Given the concerns regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus), we wanted to share the cautionary steps we are taking to ensure the safest environment at WhirlyBall.
We are committed to keeping our facilities safe, every day. We have increased the frequency of the sanitation of our facility and equipment.
Below are the steps we are taking to continue to provide safe and clean surroundings at our WhirlyBall location:
Sanitize door handles and all surfaces throughout the facility regularly including but not limited to: bathrooms, tables, chairs, and floors
Sanitize WhirlyBugs after each group has finished
Sanitize bowling balls, shoes, touchscreens and lane equipment after each group has finished
Sanitize laser tag vest’s after each group
Sanitize Virtual Reality equipment after each group
As always, each member of our staff diligently washes hands regularly. We kindly urge staff and guests to please stay home if you are feeling sick or showing symptoms of becoming sick. Please refer to the CDC’s website for additional information and preventative actions.
